The Half Season Mittens are a pair of half gloves that sit comfortably on the hand with a ribbed top that can be folded down when you need a little more freedom for your fingers.

Half Season Mittens are worked from the bottom up on double pointed needles or circular needles with magic loop. Start with a rib edge, then work the hand in stockinette and finish with a double rib. The gloves don't require much knowledge of knitting techniques, so they are relatively beginner-friendly, especially with the use of video links in the pattern.
