Terms and conditions for Dorte Bak Knitting

Payment

Dorte Bak Knitting accepts payment by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online and PayPal. Payment is taken immediately when purchasing digital products, as the item is sent to your email address immediately, and when purchasing physical products, when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

Dorte Bak Knitting uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Dorte Bak Knitting 's own website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on digital goods purchased in our webshop as the goods are of such a nature that, according to Danish law, a right of return cannot or should not be granted. Read more on the Consumer Ombudsman's website.

There is a 14-day full right of return for purchases of physical goods on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will be responsible for any return costs in the event of cancellation, just as you will be responsible for the return costs for packages that are not collected in the parcel locker.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

You notify hello@dortebak.dk . The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Dorte Bak Knitting to assess the condition of the item.

Delivery

Digital goods are delivered immediately after ordering in the form of an email with a download. Therefore, remember to enter your email address correctly.

The delivery time for purchasing physical goods is 3-6 business days. We ship with GLS and you will receive a track & trace number so you can follow the item from our warehouse to your home.

The shipping fee is set at 45,- DKK.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Dorte Bak Knitting within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of 2 months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs, provided the same shipping method was used to deliver the goods.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Dorte Bak Knitting will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. When returning, please contact:
