Sakura Open Vest is a versatile and classic top that can be used as both a vest and a top. Knitted in a summer-friendly yarn, it makes a cute summer top, while you can also use it as a vest or sleeveless cardigan over dresses, shirts, etc.
The cute Sakura pattern runs like a vine along the front button placket.
Sakura Open Vest is knitted from the bottom up, so the sakura pattern faces the right way. Shoulders from the front and back are sewn together with invisible stitches.
You can knit according to a visual knitting diagram or a row-by-row description of the pattern repeat, which is a small repetitive pattern.
The recipe refers to video guides for techniques used.
