An airy sweater with an all-over lace pattern, broken up with stockinette stripes that help the sweater hold its shape. The sweater is both classic and fun and can be toned down with muted colors as well as spiced up with funnier colors.
The sweater is knitted from the top down, starting with rib for the neck and then knitted with wide raglan, which gives a robust look to the otherwise airy and "holed" sweater. The hole pattern is repeated with a shift of 1 stitch, so that it forms a staggered and slanted line in the placement of the holes.
Both a summer yarn and a winter yarn are suggested, so that the sweater can be knitted for all seasons.
