The Creek and Wave Vest is airy with its garter stitch pattern, and the pattern is easy to follow, even for beginners. The pattern is worked from the bottom up with mainly knit stitches.

The vest is designed as an oversized model that looks great over dresses and shirts, but it also works as a warm and cozy element over a basic blouse. The smallest sizes (up to size 4 years) are not graduated to oversized, as hardened shoulders and plenty of room often get in the way for the smallest children.
